Default Ac shooting out of compressor

Why is the freon shooting out of the compressor when I'm at a red light or truck parked with ac on. It's a 2002 ford f150 5.4 fx4. I had that issue before and was told to change out the fan clutch and solve the issue. When this started happening again I installed a new fan clutch and still doing it. I can hear the fan clutch working consistently even with the ac on or off. Any advice to solve this problem. Thanks

Unless I misunderstood your post, the compressor and fan clutch are two separate components and are in no way related.

So we are on the same page.

The compressor sends the hi press gas to the condenser in front of the radiator to get cooled and returned to the liquid stage. If the fan clutch is not working correctly it can allow the hi press gas to reach above accepted temperatures.in the condenser and prevent cooling the gas back to a liquid.
The compressor accepts low press gas and sends it out to the condenser as hi press gas.If there is some kind of restriction between the compressor and condenser, something has to give and from what I believe you are stating it sounds like the front compressor seal or hi pressure relief is letting go.

If the fan clutch is on constantly as you state, it should be cooling the hi press gas as required.and if it is still popping off there is a different problem.

If the air flow through the radiator and condenser is blocked for some reason, I would make sure air can get through there. (bugs ,dirt, leaves etc.)

Who is replacing the refrigerant and are they using gauges?

Another light came on upstairs, my head,
Which way is the fan blowing when the engine is running , Is it pulling air into the engine compartment or possibly blowing it out ?
If the fan blade was installed backwards , that could be driving you to pull out your hair.
