I have a 2021 F150 that has been sitting In Service Dept for 3 weeks because the update download keeps failing. Their reason was low battery. It’s amazing the battery is strong enough to start the truck multiple times but not download a file !! Unbelievable. If the download is having this much problems without any engineering solution, I can’t imagine having problems with the software itself.
