Bought a 93 F150 XLT 4X4 Ext. Cab 8 Ft. Bed 302 V8

Any ideas on good lift kits or any other body work and such?

Tires very good now, BFG 31 All Terrain, great tread

Rust below doors and above tires, very little

Bed scuffed up a lot

Inside very dirty, will clean out

Everything else stock

Will replace clutch very soon, it is shot, rest is sound

All white w/ black trim

Thanks for any suggestions mechanically/interior/exterior
