Default Cylinder head compatible?

Hello and howdy,
I am in a pickle. I bought a cylinder head for my 2007 f150 4.6l truck. The passenger side/right side. After it was already on it's way (from ebay) I pulled the valve cover off that side and noticed the top looked different than the one I bought. The site says it is compatible with my truck. My vin letter is W. I haven't pulled the head off yet but there is a concern that the heads are not the same for what ever reason and I will have to try and sell that head and find the one that at least looks like mine. I haven't found anything that says they are or aren't so I am in a fix here.
I already had to replace a ton of parts and this is the final part. Any advice or help in any way is very much appreciated!

Thank you to any and all in advance to any one that can help.

This the comparison between the two.
