Default In-dash Nav/Radio/CD player?
Does anybody know of a good in-dash Nav/Radio/CD player that will fit an 07 F150 Supercab? I would like it to fit as if it looks OEM. HD radio would be a bonus.Thanks!

If it's a double din stereo. I bought the panasonic strada. It has dvd, am fm, xm or sirus, gps, blue tooth. I also have a back up camera connected to it. It also has a lot of extra connections.
