i have a 1986 ford f-150, 4x4, 302c.i efi

i pulled the distrubutor out and replaced it with a used one, but i have gotten the timing mixed up

so my ???? is how do i get it back on the right track

 

the old fashion way is to have two people take a screwdriver with a rag over the handle end. take no 1 spark plug out put screwdriver over and bump crank until the cylinder pops( that is top dead center) if you know what your wire setting is on your cap set the distriutor in with the rotor pointing at no1 terminal on cap
