Default Driver side upper tie rod end rubbing frame?

I purchased a 03 F-150 4.6L 2wd crew cab and noticed the driver side upper tie rod end is hitting the frame. It came with a small fabtech lift including upper control arms. The idler arm has a little movement in it when both tires are off the ground and you move the tire's right to left. The camber adjustments for the upper control arms are in different settings. Would that have any thing to do with this? Any info would be appreciated. thanks!
