Default Engine Identification

I'm trying to figure out exactly what kind of engine is in the '81 F150 I have. I'm not the original owner, and I don't think it's stock. It's a V8, and I have some info that might help:

Number on top of engine: E6TE-9425-EA
Number on carb: 1DM2J
Firing order: 13726548
Oilpan: has 22 bolts, and 2 drain plugs (2 sumps, like an upside-down "U")
Trans: it's attached to a C-6 transmission (which is stock)

If anyone could help out, thanks in advance.
