Hello, i been looking for help on my truck, it is a 1996 white tan f150 with 105,000 miles.
some times when i let the truck idle the rpms will start to fall then go back up and then it will shut off.
It does this also when ia m driving in the freeway it will start jerking like something is wrong with the trnsmission,
also when i accelerate onto the freeway (50-70 mph) it will make a sound like it is knocking like a dieseal,
if anybody can help me with this it will be greatly appreciated.

 

i hope there somebody out there knows your problem since my truck doing the same thing
