Anyone know how to remove the back seat?

 

Also would like info on how to remove that irritating headrest on the front seat armrest.. grr NOT one of fords better ideas!

 

the head rest should be molded into the seat if it ain't got bucket seats in the front. the back seat should be bolted to back of the cab if it is a bench seat

 

thanks Grindman.. was hoping that the seatback for back seat was a pop out... cant get to the rear bolts for seat bottom.. And.. sure is a disappointment that the middle headrest for front seat doesn't remove.. guess I have to cut the rascal off then..
