Default F-150 Sync problem

I have had my 2018 F-150 in the local ford dealer many times when I started experiencing several things with the sync system after owning for 3 months. They did many diagnostics and have solved several of my problems. The one that hasn't been solved is the phone connection. The dealer contacted the Ford Tech group and they indicated that they felt it was a problem with my phone. As I am in a conversation with another person using the sync system the call will drop. This does not happen all of the time, but at least once/wk.. It will also lose the contacts and I have to load them again. I have asked them if anyone else has experienced this problem, but they indicate they haven't. What i would like to know is if anyone else that has the Sync 3 version has had this problem with the newer 2018 or 2019 P/U's.

Have you/they Paired another phone to the system to see if the fail continues?

Thank you for the response - I have paired another phone and have had no issues. My phone worked great for the 1st 3 months and then I started having problems with the Sync system. which included the phone and Sync System issues. The other issues were corrected when they ran a diagnostic check and found a component was bad. After that the phone problem is theonly one left. The Service Tech mentioned I might need to file a claim to get Ford more involved, but I want to see if anyone else is experiencing problems.
