hey i have a 2006 f150 and i recently put the clarionvx400 in the dash. it was perfect but then i decided to buy nav and the nav box i had no clue were to mount it to i just mounted it about 5 inches under the stereo on some metal clamps. but my problem is now there is a bunch of wires everywhere its a pretty tight sqeez i did the best i could in keeping things tidy the plug and wires are zipp tied up on the top left but when i push the stereo back and mount it its touching the wires on the back my question is will the stereo get hot enough to melt those wires? and if so were else is there to mount the have thats easy?
