We've updated our reliability stats for the F-150 to include owner experiences through June 30, 2016. Reliability information elsewhere is based on a survey conducted in April 2015--well over a year ago.
Repair frequencies, in terms of repair trips per 100 cars per year (lower is better):
2016 F-150: 34, moderate
2015 F-150: 31, moderate
2014 F-150: 30, moderate
2013 F-150: 40, moderate
2013 F-150 EcoBoost: 22, low
2012 F-150: 20, low
2012 F-150 EcoBoost: 38, moderate
2011 F-150: 33, low
2011 F-150 EcoBoost: 35, moderate
2010 F-150: 42, moderate
2009 F-150: 43, low
2008 F-150: 43, low, very small sample size
2007 F-150: 28, low
2006 F-150: 32, low
2005 F-150: 60, low, small sample size
2004 F-150: 70, moderate
2003 F-150: 117, moderate, small sample size
2002 F-150: 94, moderate
2001 F-150: 96, moderate, small sample size
We have two additional statistics, "Nada-odds" and "Lemon-odds", to indicate the percentage of cars with no repairs in the past year and those that required 3+ trips to the repair shop:

2013 F-150 EcoBoost: 78, < 1
