Default Ford F-150 Wheel Bearings-Sealed or not?

Anyone out there know if the 2000 Ford F-150 has sealed front wheel
bearings or do you have to pack them now and then?

4x4 is a hub and bearing assembly and 4x2 is adjustable bearing which should be repacked occasionally
