Default A "Frankenstein" Modular Motor

About beginning of January, I blew my F150 up. Had the 5.4L 2v. I know the short block is toast in it so I got another 5.4L shortblock and had the intentions of just switching the heads from one to another, but I was always a fan of the DOHC motors like what's in specific Lincoln Navigators and Blackwoods. I have another motor, 4.6L 4v, that came out of a Lincoln Town car. I'm pretty sure the heads are still in great shape, but not sure about what's underneath them. To my knowledge and what I've been reading up on, I believe the heads are interchangable between the 5.4L and 4.6L, but I am not very knowledgeable if this is the case for switching them between 2v and 4v platforms. If I am able to swap the 4.6L 4v heads to my 5.4L shortblock, I know I would need to find an intake and exhaust manifold, and get a computer that is calibrated to a 4v platform. My questions are: is any of this actually correct or nonsense, and is there anything crucial that I am missing?
