Question Front end noises

I have a 200 F150, 180k miles, here lately I am hearing a lot of popping noise in the front end. Replaced shocks, still have popping noise when stopping. I have had a friend rock the truck while I try to locate this and it seems to be coming from the "a frame arms"? Any help on what this is and what needs to be done to remedy it would sure be helpful. Thanks

Bushings may be worn out on the a-arm.
