ok..... i got my truck back after they fixed everythign on it but as soon as i started it.... the thing sounded like it had no exaust pipe.. i knew right away that there was somethign wrong. i walked back into the service department and gave them my key back anbd left it to them to fix... i got my truck back the next day... i drove about 30 km when suddenly there wasa huge bang and i lost power for a sec and the whole truck bogged dowb for about 10 seconds.... i though ti blew the engine. it was makeing the same sound again that it made when i first picked it up. i took the truck back and gave them the keys again.... i told them.. this is ridiculus.. fix it and call me when its done. they called me back and said the following... " when it first made the sound, the truts were not holding tight enough, so they tightend them..... then when i was driving it after that and i herd the huge bang.... that was every single strut breaking. i dont know if thats usual or what but it happend. they said they had to replace every strut and they arnt charging me for labour or parts... so they said ill get my truck back the next day and i got a free rental in the mean time... so ford screwed somethign up when i took it in the first time... they screwed up and took responsibility.. they compensated me by giving me free parts and labout.... so im very happy with what i got and will definitly deal with thgem again... if ne one here is from manitoba .. ill tell u the dealer ship was keystone ford on regent.... ne way... thats what happend
