Default Heating problem

I have a 97 f-150 with a v-6. The heat inside my truck stopped working, I have changed the thermostat and added coolant. The controls inside are working and this is puzzling to me.

When I turn the control **** for the heat I can Hear the little motor inside but not sure if the blend door is working. Is there something I can check?
