Default HELP!! EGR fitting on exhaust mani

HELP!! I'm having the hardest time getting the EGR fitting off my stock exhaust manifold. I purchased Gibson headers for my 97 F150 5.4L and I'm trying to install them....however the damn EGR on the stock mani on the drivers side WILL NOT come off. I've sprayed it w/ wd-40, i've tried muscling it off, i've tried to add a longer handle to my wrench to add more leverage. I'm out off ideas and about to just keep the stockers on. I'm at my wits end. Any help would greatly appreciated...Thanks for letting my rant.

Shawn

try Gunk Liquid Wrench. It's worked for me on rusted and stuck parts really well...

Using a small torch to put heat on rusted nuts and bolt can help free then up. Be careful when doing it close to your engine, though.
