I have a used 2012 F150 V6 Ecoboost that I bought recently. I see that a hose is broken off from the intake. I'm just sure what this hose is or what it is for. It appears to run into the ecoboost/motor. The truck seems to run fine though. I attached a picture. The broken hose is the round grey spot toward the bottom just right of center. Any info would be appreciated.

Also, I notice when coming to a stop (right as the truck stops...at that instant) there is usually a shake or vibration (seems to be up front). It also usually does this on take off as well. The truck runs fine, but I'm just curious what this could be. Could it be related to the broken hose (above)?
