Hey so I have a 2010 F-150 Lariat with a full camper canopy with hydraulic stays to keep the window open/tilted up for access in to and out of the bed (see pic). The hydraulic stays seem to have lost their juice because the window just sags back down toward the closed position; how do I go about diagnosing or outright reaping this issue?

If one one or both are weak, you could order them from the top supplier, or, usually easier/cheaper you can spec them out by extended length and supporting weights (pounds). Sometimes you’ll get lucky with the product details if listed on the cylinders. Most good parts houses will stock a range of them, and if you figure our length/weight, if they don’t have a match, they can order what you need. Sometimes you’ll have to install/return a few to get the correct match..

Hey thank you! Sorry I was just getting ready to post my next thread (electrical this time) and realized I never reported back and thanked you for the info.
I ended up ordering a set of new 50lb gas struts by Arana and they've been working great (good ole Amazon). I thought the 50lb was going to be overkill but I live in the high dessert with super high winds on the highway, and when I'm loaded with something in the back and the struts are extended, they don't budge.
Anyway thank you again!
