Default Jump Started Backward Battery & Fried Electrical - Dummy Needs Help to Troubleshoot!

Guys,

I hooked a dead battery in backwards and tried to jumpstart!

Bad! Bad! Dumb! Dumb!

Smoked the solenoid. Replaced.

Melted a wire going from solenoid to alternator. Replaced.

Truck wouldn't start without shooting starter fluid in and then ran BAD rough.

Replaced Computer Module.

Truck now starts and runs but has BAD miss!

Checked all spark plug wires from distributor and all have spark.

Can't get a read from a diagnostic tester. Check engine light never came on.

What else did I fry??

What to test next??

Help!!
