Just got a free truck need help

Default Just got a free truck need help

I got a 2001 Ford F-150 super cab from a family member need help g tying it running. About a year ago an animal chewed through part of the wiring harness. That was repaired, but the shop that did it did not reconnect every thing. They left the air filter off the battery tray and 2 more parts. one I can't figure out what it's for or where it mounts to. Any help would be great

Yes,, below the post you'll see (Additional Options) 'manage attachments' and when selected should open to 'choose file' and finally to your picture library. Or, if an offsite picture host, then just copy/paste the image code into the post body..

Here is the pic, I found out it's for the cruise control has a throttle cable running to it.

It looks like that is supposed to mount to the firewall. Take a look at the diagrams I have attached. They may give you an idea of where this should mount.
