Default Leaf spring lifts

I have an 01 ford f150 4x4 supercrew used to be construction truck and now it mine! i really want to lift it but dont know much. I was looking around and saw how you can lift by buying new leaf springs..im a college kid..dont have much money and to be honest i can get a killer deal on new leaf springs if it really does work. now i would only do a leaf sring lift in the back. but what do you guys recommend?? if i go that route would that be the only thing i have to do to the back or is there more?? i realize its probably not the best way to go but im a college kid, so if its safe and gets me further off the ground im a happy camper. please share all you know thanks! also any recomendations on whats cheap and easy to get the front up let me know.

New springs are the best way to go when doing a suspension lift. You're going to want to replace all the old bolts, replace the shocks, and you will need to lengthen the brake lines.

For your vehicle, if you buy a complete kit you'll get all the bushings, etc. to go with the front coil springs.
