New here
Hey guys, I'm new to this and overall to the Ford brand. I have a 2013 Ford F-150 STX and looks like my battery might be have a short amount of life left. What's a good battery brand that will for sure give you a bang for your buck? And a good place to get it from. Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the site..
Batteries are like Pace Makers, never go the low budget one. )
A lot of batteries are just rebadged units, being there aren't a huge number of batt manufacturers. 3 for the most part in the US for flooded /lead acid, and a few for other battery types like AGM. I'd go with a name brand/supplier in case there's ever an issue, Interstate, Diehard, Everstart, Durslast, are Johnson Controls
builds, then Exides etc. But shop around town or on the net as prices will vary significantly and your armed with unit prices if you happen into a local vendor. Stay at least with an alike or higher RC/CCA ratings as the OE, as well as warranty offered up. Generally warranty/pro rate will follow and extend with the price of higher output batts..
In fact,, I just bought a new batt for my Busa scoot today, I know that the local NAPA would be less generous, bike shop is 70 miles from me, so I shopped it out by the Yuasa number. Prices varied by about 30.00 +/- so I sourced one on the net cheaper than any local offerings. Batteries in that size group ranged from 35/40.00 on up to over 100+. The last battery was 8 years old,, the bottom feeder offerings,, you may see a couple years of service. I'm shoot'n for another 8
