Default Over heating issues 2002 F150 4.6l

i have a 2002 f150 4.6l, ive had the intake gasketsreplaced, the clutch fan replaced, the thermostat replaced, and fluhed andbrumped the sytem. its like it builds to much presure and then blows coolantfrom the cap. heres the wired parts, it does not do it all the time, just fromtime to time and for no known reason, but sometimes when driving, the guagegoes all the way into the red, the temp and oil failure light comes on and Ilose power, I pull to the side of the road, turn the truck off and back on andeverything goes back to normal. At this point no one from ford or other placeshave been able to give me any type of idea. .........UPDATE:

Ok now I have changed out the hose's and the cap....stillblowing water from the cap...but not as much.....need any advise and help

UPDATE: ok today I took the truck for adrive...got about 5 miles down the road and the needle started moving tohot...I pulled over left the truck running, noticed the holding tank was fulland ready to boil over...I turned the truck off and started squeezing the toprad hose..I noticed the water started running down into the engine...turned thetruck back on and everything went back to normal. Drove for another 20 mileswith no issues. Got back home and let the truck sit and run....after about 20mins I noticed a puddle of water at the tail pipe. Any advice will be veryhelpful
