Default Power from 93 5.0

I have a 93 F150 with the 5.0, it is a newer motor, but bone stock. Is there any cheap/free mods that I can do to free up some horsepower? I will be getting true duals in the near future.
Thanks

my 1995 f150 5.0 has an underdrive pulley kit and it was like $40.00 bucks on ebay and a shorter belt for about $20.00 . It took about 2 hours to install. I got instant power and better gas milage. You can also ditch the mechanical fan and get a Flex-a-lite electric fan . those big clunky old fans really take a lot of torque out of the engine. That ran about $250 and took the same amount of time. Get a tonnue cover for the bed too. That will cut back on the wind drag and you will see a boost in mileage also.

Yes, The electric fans are you biggest bang. Unless you want to add a turbo, the fans are #1 for power inprovement.

What kind of milage and hp increase did you see when you put in an electric fan. My ol' '90 could use some more juice, and I like the idea of eliminating the belt driven fan.
