Power Loss

Default Power Loss

Got a 1999 4.2L f-150 which has 133,000km on it. It has currently has a lack of power in 2 and 4 wd. Put new plugs and wires 8 mths ago.Check engine light is not on. Anyone know what could be the problem, or know what i should look for.

When do you notice the power loss? Does it seem to accelerate slow, hesitate, sputter, etc.? What else can you tell us about it?

If you've never replaced the converter and you have high miles it's likely a good place to start.
