under dashboard fuse box fuses # 20 and 21 no power all fuses were good including fuse box in the engine compartment also relays were good my question what are the possible solution before i buy a new radio by the way my truck is 1999 ford f-150 lariat 5.4l

 

Here is the radio wiring diagram and connector face, remove the radio, check for continuity and voltage for both the power and ground wires, I circled power pins in red and ground pins in blue.
