I have a 2004 F-150 Crew Cab. Sometimes, when I go over a bump, it sounds like the left rear shock is making a rattling or bumping sound, like a clang/clang type noise. I have checked it out but cannot see anything loose.
Any ideas?

 

Check for worn out bushings in the suspension components.
