I have a brand new 2008 F-150 XL 4X4 Supercab. (Company Truck) Does anyone know how to remove the rear seat? I can't seem to find a way to get behind the seat-back.

 

You've picked a fun job. Even with the diagram, it is almost impossible to find the release clips for the seat back. That has to be removed first. You can try to find it, they are next to the seat belt anchors. You will need a long flat screwdriver to find and release them. You might just want to take it back to the dealer and see if they will remove it for you.
