does anyone know the dimensions on a 97 f-150 ext cabs exhaust? and does anyone know if a red hot flowtech glass pack would be a good choice?

I'm not sure about the Red Hot, but I had a FloPro glasspack on my '01 Screw. It was mean sounding, and only crackled if I gunned it when the engine was cold. I know my stock muffler was about 4 ft long!
