Question replacing intake gasket/any advice

Whats up all,is it necessary to remove plugs and turn over for a couple sec. before dismantling upper intake; to relieve fuel pressure. This heres a pic of antifreeze on top of engine under intake. Im gearin up for the task if any ones got any thoughts I would love to hear em thanks 2000 f1504.2 v6Name: 8facb367-3d85-44f6-803c-afbee14a5aae_zps95558e9b.jpg

there should be a shrader valve on the fuel line to relieve the pressure in the lines. so that turning over engine for a couple of seconds ain't needed because if you do that most of the time the fuel pump is trying to start the engine. that being said go ahead and take off the intake and follow the torque sequence while removing the lower intake manifold and make sure that both mating surfaces are clean dry when you're ready to put it back together. Be careful good luck and welcome to the sight
