Recently changed timing chain Truck ran. While sitting over the winter the battery died. I tried jump starting and gauges were freaking out. I changed battery to try that now I have lights on the dash with no key in it. Truck won't start now either. It's a 2011 f150 with ecoboost. Any help would be greatlying appreciated.
