Question Which spark plug 2004 5.4 16V

I have a 2004 F-150 5.4L/330 16V and I'm getting a few different Motorcraft part numbers. Rockauto is giving me the SP546 (expensive) but also AGSF22WM(half the price). I'm getting the shudder at high third just before OD and wondering if it's the plugs/coils. Checked trans and fluid levels are good, colour is redish, maybe a little darker than it should be but not brown or anything. The trans code is B which I guess is the newer 4R75E. Everything about this truck seems different than other F-150's around the same year. They all Have U transmissions and the 2V is almost always 2003 and prior. It's the 3V with the two piece plugs right? I should have less issues removing the plugs from the 2V engine, or so I hope?

need help and advice since I'm an idiot and have only ever played around with my Mustang. Total noob

Jeremy,
Good Luck with your plugs.... I would either use the Champion Plugs that are equivalent to the Autolight HT15. they are fun if they don't come out. As for your Tranny Shutter....this is common, stop by Oriely's or Autozone and get a tube of Shudder Fix (red tube) and place the entire contents into your Tranny dipstick tube. If you have had your tranny fluid replaced they did not put in the additive or your fluid is getting worn out. Add it and it will resolve it.
