Our 2003 F150 with 4.6 engine has a slight miss. We are wanting to change the spark plugs out before we go on a trip. They are not obvious and was wondering if someone could give us an idea of where they are located???

 

You will see 8 coils on the intake manifold. Remove the coils to reveal the plugs underneath.
