Stuck insert

Default Stuck insert
I have a 2002 f150 with the 5.4 and blew a spark plug. I used the repair kit they make for them but the insert snapped inside the hole. I tried everything to get it out. Any suggestions?

Update got it out with a flathead and a magnet
