I have a 2016 Fusion Energi. I am struggling to install the update on my vehicle. I downloaded the file from Ford website (after entering the VIN #) so I am sure I have the right update (Sync 2 V3.10). I used a USB fab formatted in FAT 32 (for Sync 2). After I plug in the USB drive a message pop up " You have already updated your software successfully. Please remove the USB device". I did and installation starts (installing file 1 of 10). In few seconds I get the following message" Installation failed. The installation has run out of space or does not work with this version". I was on the call with Ford support team. I did a master reset, started over but the result was the same. I was advised to go to a dealership. I went and they want to charge me ~ $160.
