Default Synthetic blend vs synthetic new F-150 ecoboost

New F-150 V6 Ecoboost engine, is it better to change oil at 5K or Ford interval 7K with Synthetic/Blend or fully synthetic?

If you use the manual recommended oil and change at the manual recommended intervals you should be fine. However, the more often you change it, the better off you are.

I did my 1st oil change @ 1500 miles and used conventional oil I will change it again as the computer oil moniter indecates could be up to 10000 miles Iwill use full synthetic oil for all future changes. I did the first change to remove any small particles left from machineing and break in. I used conventional oil for remaining break in and I will synthetic to reduce wear for the life of the engine. I have found that this procedure has worked well in the past and I expect to see 300k from this engine.

That sounds like a good way to go about it.
