Tear in seat. 2012 f150 Fx
This is my father-inlaws truck and I had some tools in my back pocket sat down and ripped the seat, he doesn't wanna cover up to perforations bec it'd a heated and cooled seats. And advice or link to something to help will be greatly appreciated. Soon as I'm able I will post a pic.
your easiest option is to take it to an automotive upholstery repair shop. They made be hard to find but dealerships would know where they are in your area.
New leather seat bottom covers are big dollars...$700 I have seen. Try the upholstery shop and they may sew in a new section or repair the existing one. Either way, let a professional fix it. A first timer will make a mess of it.
