Welcome to the site..
Your question 'seems' camper, and trailer?

Looking up your VIN,
2020 F150, 3.5 GTDI, CC, 4x4, 331 axle, your truck has a 7000 GVWR as noted/imaged on the VC label.as 'GVWR' and would be the MAX vehicle/payload the truck can carry, keeping in mind axle F/R load ratings. Also, any gear. passengers etc that tip that weight scale
The GCWR (combined vehicle weight rating) is 16,100 lbs, and would be the rating you'd want to follow towing, as a combined vehicle/payload/trailer for the truck loading totals..
The Curb Weight on your truck is 4946, or 5108 depending on package/build.
.A good rule of thumb is to have it 'cert' weighed 'wet' and any add on boxes. racks. mats or ? that may inflate the Curb Weights. As well as individual axle weight/s calculated (if in question), and trailer (loaded) weights taken to be certain you remain in GCWR.

Would the load rating of the tires come into this pix?

Shouldn't, unless they were replaced with a lesser max load rating..
But, payload and excessive trailer tongue weights may push closer to both axle rating and tire limits. Usually pretty easy to see in the trucks squat or leveling, but never a bad idea to get individual axle weights 'full dress' for peace of mind.
The other thing to factor in is ARC weight. Different weight rims/tires, a push/brush bar that replaces an OE bumper/s, spray in bed liners over slide in etc. Anything that can affect the reserve rating..
