i've just recently changed my transmission control solenoid on my 2003 ford f150, 4.6 V8. i hooked it up to my dads machine and it gave me a reponse to change the solenoid, so i did. i believe the code was P1780. the problem is it isn't running at 100%. my truck still takes a while to change gears and sounds like a huge wind blower under my hood when accelerating. can some one please help me or can suggest anything else to look for.
