what can i actually tow?

i just bought this 2007 5.4 f150 4X4. Its got the towing package ( hitch and wireing ready to go ) but thats about it. i amagine the tranny cooler as well. its useing 3:55 gearing ratio. what do you guys know of this truck being able to haul?
