I'm currently running 275 55 20 on Roush wheels on my 06 screw FX4. Would I have any issues running 275 65 20?

I am not sure the overall diameter of the tire. you can stop by your local Firestone and they can tell you the overall diameter. The tire will be 65% of the with rather than 55% of the width. If you have more than 2" available when the suspention is a full compression you should be ok.
