I'm new to the diesel world but I have a 04 f250 6.0 that has been acting up the ECM has been failing to connect to the truck ,I took the ECM out cleaned the contacts an saw that it looks like it has been changed once already ,my issue is as you know it runs everything.is it possible that this one crapped out to ?
Batteries volts on both are 12.7. 12.8. Running it's 14.0 when it does decide to work .
Last thing I tried was hooking up a trickle charger an I should say first is that for the past 3 days trying I had no communication to the ignition fuel pump ,ECM to anything .
But for some reason hooked the trickle charger up no more the 30 sec started right up .
Twice back to back an the last one about two hours later.
I don't know what's going on with it and it has a lack of power ...
