My ignition actuator broke and the long portion that goes into the square hole below the small rod that actuates the starter is stuck in there. I have found lots of videos about replacing the actuator, but none about how to remove the actuator if stuck. I have a non-tilting steering wheel and there is no button that needs to be pushed to release the key.
