1996 Auto transmission question

Default 1996 Auto transmission question

F-350auto w/ OD. Does anyone know how the shift points are controlled?
It seems like it shifts at lower RPM tahn it used to.

the shift points are controled by a pmc sensor in the trans, and engine speed. If your having trouble my advice would be take it to a dealer and have it check out, they can run diagnostis if the sensor is bad the computer should pick it up.
