I just bought this with 7.3 diesel and sometimes the throttle pedal goes dead and the check engine light will come on. If I try to push the pedal, nothing happens. I usually wait a second or two & light goes off & it starts working again. It usually happens after a stop when trying to proceed again. It has never happened under acceleration. I'm afraid this could be dangerous in certain situations, like turning across traffic or something. Any help or ideas is greatly appreciated! Thanks

It just did it again and I noticed the service engine light does not necessarily come on everytime this happens.
