So wipers are repaired and working now. After spending 29$ for a supposed wiring schematic for a 2002 F250 SD,,,, which was somewhat wrong, the schematic people first said my owners manual was wrong,,, but later said must have been a mid season change in the F250 wiring. My fuse panel cover says the wiper [Main] is a 30 amp Fuse # 106,,, the schematic says it is
#54,so you have to be somewhat of a detective to use schematic. The problem was the main Dark Green wire, from fuse to wiper motor, not a fuse, connection or relay, but the wire itself had failed. the failure was somewhere between from 4 or 5 inches past under dash fuse,,, and big multi wire connector under the hood,,,,, about a 3 foot section,,, never found the actual break,,,, I just cut Dark Green wire at fuse block, and big connector and added a new
#12 bypass wire,,,, now, all works as it should. The Dark Green wire goes from fuse 106, direct to wiper motor,, and is HOT when key is on. A wire failure seems almost impossible,,, and if it was melted ,,,,,, maybe all the wires near it, in the bundle, are injured a little, dunno' ? This Dark Green wire, is in a big bundle that passes through firewall, that travels from big connector, to fuse panel. No fuses under hood,,,, all fuses are under dash left side.
