Default 2002 f350 5.4 engine air temps sensor problem

My plow truck cranks and runs but when i give it gas, it wants to stall out. While it’s running, the truck starts to stall out but it automatically catches itself and runs the RPM up so it wont stall out and that will keep going on for a little while. I ran a diagnostic test and it came up with an error with code P0113-Intake air temperature sensor 1 circuit high. I went to the local autozone, picked up the sensor and attempted to put the new sensor in but I can’t find the old sensor. I checked the mass air flow where it looks like it should go to it but its sealed off. I even checked near the throttle but cant find where it goes. Can anyone help me?

You are still getting 113? only?
Do you have a tool capable of reading PIDS?

Nah, i don’t have the right tool. I had to borrow a friends scanner because the truck isn’t registered anymore. I’m hoping that it is the air temperature sensor because that’s the only code that came up and if i can figure out where it is, i get it running again before I register it again

150 5.4 has the IAT in the intake elbow. The SD 5.4 they made an integral part of the MAF.
You cleared they code after the MAF change,, and the CEL came on again?

The code came in after i replaced the MAF sensor with a new one. The code didn’t come in right away. It took a while. I cleared the code and put the old one back in but the code came back again. So I swapped it with the new one again. I checked the elbow inside and out and I can’t find where that darn intake temp sensor goes. I’ve tried looking up online with numerous sites and still no luck.
